Purchasing
Our aim is to sell pieces in as good original condition as possible. You are always welcome to request a condition report as well as more detailed photographs. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions before purchasing. To purchase any item, click on the "make enquiry" link found on every item's page, and by return email we will provide a link to our secure online checkout, where the item's price and the shipping costs for your location have been pre-filled. Our checkout system is run by PayPal, and you can use your PayPal account if you have one, or your credit or debit card if you don't. From UK buyers we also accept payment by transfer to our UK bank account.
Dispatch and delivery
We ship world-wide. All prices quoted on our website are excluding shipping. Please ask for shipping quotes for individual items. All purchases are dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of payment, and usually within two business days. Depending on the size and weight of the package, dispatch is via Mail - Standard Parcels services from Czech Rep. Expected delivery times depend on service and destination , but as a rough guide delivery takes three to five business days in Europe and six to ten business days to anywhere else in the world.
Return of items
We are confident you will be happy with your purchases, but should you wish to return any item, let us know via email that you intend to do so and dispatch it to us within a week of receiving it. A full refund of the purchase price will be made upon the item's return in the condition in which it was sent to you. Shipping costs will not be refunded .
Vintage lighting
Lightings are vintage pieces - collectors' items only which may not conform to modern safety standards. If they are intended for use the purchaser must have them checked and if necessary modified by a qualified electrician. There is no guarantee or warranty. However, lighting is checked for damage to wiring or electric fittings, and all lights are sold in working order.
